BioPharma Connections (BPC) is comprised of well-positioned, experienced, and connected subject matter experts in the Life Sciences industry. BioPharma Connections has a strong team of seasoned professionals with a combined experience of 100+ years in the areas of strategic business development, investor relations, product development, technical facility design, quality compliance and commercial operations. Our team members are located in the San Francisco Bay Area, the East Coast, and in Europe.

Founder and CEO
Teresa has 30+ years of pharmaceutical and biotechnology development, GMP manufacturing, clinical, and quality compliance. She has 8 years of program management experience, 18+ years of business development, strategic partnering and investor relations for Life Sciences companies, CROs, CDMOs, and consulting firms.
Steven Rausch
Chief Operating Officer
Steve has 30+ years of experience in IT, business development, project management, operations, finance and programming. Steve joined the BioPharma Connections team in 2014.
Mya Jackson
Business Development Manager
Mya has her B.S in Business Administration with an emphasis on marketing. She has experience in data analysis, applied communications & business management. Mya joined BPC in 2022.
Sami Darrow
Marketing and Client Manager
Sami has academic training in life science research, bioentrepreneurship, and business development. She has her Master's in Biotechnology and B.S. in Biology from the University of San Francisco. Sami joined BPC in 2021.

Rashi has a B.S. and Master’s in Biotechnology, with a focus on bio-entrepreneurship and business development. She has experience conducting biological research and as a project manager. Rashi joined BPC in 2025.
